Tasting Note: Intense Primitivo from southern Italy, lush with blackberries and currants and elegantly perfumed with nutmeg, chocolate, liquorice and vanilla.
Food Matching: Barbecue sausages, pork ribs and soft cheeses.
Wine Making: vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-26°C. After malolactic fermentation, brief refinement in French barrels.
