Grape Variety: Pinot Grigio
Tasting Note: Gently citrussy Pinot Grigio from Argentina, brimming with peach and apricot and finishing with a twist of orange peel and a sprinkling of spice.
Food Matching: Enjoy as an aperitif or served with salads, seafood, tapas, light pastas and poultry.
Wine Making: The grapes are destemmed followed by gentle pneumatic pressing and a cold settling for 48 hours. Selected yeasts are used to start a controlled fermentation which takes place at 15ºC for 21 days. Following fermentation the wine is stabilised, filtered and bottled.
Vineyard: Selected vineyards in the high area of the Mendoza River and in the East region of the Province of Mendoza.
